Helpful Information When You Email
Along with the model of Entec subwoofer you’re inquiring about, please include the
make and model of your pre-amplifier, power amplifier, and main speakers.
Tell us if the unit works. Is there hum or driver oscillation with no music signal applied?
Is the LED green or red? Are there static or popping noises, etc.? Are the drivers
rotted? Is the servo coil mounted in front of the driver missing or damaged?
For a faster, more complete initial response, if possible please send detailed pictures of
the speaker itself and the removed power module from several angles and in large
enough file size to enlarge on-screen. A lot can be discerned from clear photographs.
